Who should I contact about a billing enquiry?- If you have any queries with regard to any billing issues please don't hesitate to contact us by opening a support ticket (specify billing / accounts dept) or emailing billing@clook.info.
Please remember to include your account details such as name, email address, username, etc with any query so we can identify you and look into the problem without delay.
What payment methods do you accept?- At the moment we accept the following credit and debit cards via our payment processor PayPal:

Mastercard
American Express
Delta
Electron
Switch
Solo
How do I cancel my account and billing schedule?-
If you wish to cancel your account please open a support ticket in the billing / accounts department or email billing@rightmark.net. For security reasons we will confirm your identity by asking for the information below:
account domain name
account username
phone number
date of last PayPal transaction
Please be sure that you wish to cancel your account and remember that this will involve all your account files, databases, settings, emails, and everything else being completely removed from the server when your paid term is complete.
We ask that a minimum of 5 days notice is given for cancellations as per our terms and conditions. Account cancellations are processed on the day of paid term completion (not day of cancellation request) and it is the clients responsibility to ensure that the cancellation request is received and processed by us (staff reply to ticket to confirm cancellation).
My contact details have changed?-
You details should be up to date at all times (especially your email). If any of your contact details need changing please login to the Members Section and where you can update the information we have on file for you.
If you cannot remember your login to the Members Section please contact billing@rightmark.net to have your details resent and a new password if required.
How do I access my Billing details?-
Your billing information can be obtained from two places. Your PayPal account, which is seperate from Rightmark Hosting Services and the Members Section.
The Members Section can be access via the Rightmark.net website or from www.rightmark.net/billing.
Are my invoices paid automatically?- All clients have their account setup to pay invoices automatically from the credit card used on signup. Clients do not need to pay invoices manually and the invoice notification emails are for your records.
How do I change the card for my recurring billing?- This needs to be changed through you PayPal account.
Do you charge VAT?-
Rightmark Hosting was setup as an extension of Rightmark Web Design for the benefit of its clients. This means that it is a small business and does not yet need to legally charge VAT. For companies that are VAT registered this makes not difference, as they can claim back any VAT charged. But, for smaller companies that are not VAT registered, or private individuals, this mean that it will cost them less than if VAT was charged.
When we have a legal requirement to charge VAT, then we will.
