How can I get Customer Support?- For important support issues the most effective method is by raising a support ticket in the members section . You can always email the Support team through the Contact Us page. Please remember to include your account details such as your domain, username, email address as well as a detailed description of the problem with any support queries so we can resolve the issue in the quickest time.
We prioritise our support based on those tickets raised via the support mechanism.
In addition to the above, all clients are advised to search knowledgebase before submitting a helpdesk ticket in case your problem has already been covered. It's also a good idea to check our announcements before submitting a ticket to see if we are already aware of a global issue and working on resolving it.

Do you provide Telephone support?- For important support issues the most effective method is by raising a support ticket in the members section .
At the moment we do not offer support via telephone. This is because it would cost too much to man the phone lines continually. In our experience support issues can be dealt with more effectively for all customers via email, rather than tying up a technician with a lengthy telephone conversation of pleasantries, when they could have dealt with a number of queries in the same period of time. This may sound brutal, but it is honest.
